According to EU law, German law (§§ 355 ff. BGB, TMG), Irish Companies Act and US Disclosure Standards.

1. General
   For all contractual offers, agreements, and transactions provided through the FinCon Group or by the Human Ecological Business Holding International Inc. (“HEBHI”), Sirius Vision Ltd. (“SIRIUS”), or their director, Mario Eduard Giovanelli, the statutory withdrawal rights of the customer’s country of residence shall apply.
   
   
2. Withdrawal Period
   Following mutual signing and exchange of a contract, a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days – harmonized across the European Union – applies. Within this period, no contractual funds will be used for execution or forwarded to cooperation partners.
   
   
3. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
   To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the FinCon Group (HEBHI/SIRIUS) of the decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email to contact[at]humanecologybusiness[dot]com). The withdrawal is deemed timely if the notification is sent within the withdrawal period.
   
   
4. Effects of Withdrawal
   In the event of a valid withdrawal, all payments already made will be refunded in full within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method employed in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
   
   
5. Waiver of Withdrawal Right
   If the customer expressly requests that the agreed services or transactions commence immediately upon contract conclusion, the statutory right of withdrawal may be waived through a separate written declaration (waiver of withdrawal). By signing such a declaration, the customer expressly consents to waive the statutory withdrawal period, and the agreed services will be executed without delay.
