In principle, anyone can produce hydrogen at home from ordinary water — and quite easily.
So why shouldn’t it be possible to do the same inside a vehicle, while driving?

In fact, a Japanese engineer successfully demonstrated this concept years ago, using a small passenger car powered by hydrogen generated internally from water.

This project aims to develop hydrogen-powered vehicles with onboard hydrogen production, adapting and optimizing existing technologies for commercial use.

Hydrogen production from water requires energy — of course, also inside a vehicle.
To power the internal hydrogen generation system while driving, the project integrates multiple energy recovery and generation technologies, including:

• Photovoltaic panels

• Micro wind turbines

• Piezoelectric energy conversion

• Brake energy regeneration (recuperation)

• And several other motion- or vibration-based power sources.

By combining these diverse systems, the vehicle can continuously produce hydrogen from filtered water while driving, supplying fuel for propulsion and simultaneously storing surplus hydrogen for engine start-up or idle periods.

This concept represents a paradigm shift in sustainable mobility — potentially eliminating the dependency on external hydrogen infrastructure altogether.

Financial Outlook

The projected potential of this technology far exceeds that of the traditional automotive industry.

According to the company’s detailed business plan, revenues of approximately USD 7.5 billion are realistically expected within the first three years following the Reverse Merger, with long-term projections exceeding hundreds of billions in annual revenue within ten years as global rollout and licensing expand.

Given the scope and international market potential of the project, a Reverse Merger is planned with a high-volume, publicly traded company with an extensive share structure and substantial nominal stock value.
